...you have a dream about the sims community, and a large wankfest within, and in your dream, you leave rather a bitchy comment.
Then you wake up with the 'oh GOD, I need to delete it because it was too bitchy, and I can't be bothered with the ensuing argument. I may or may not, even after realising that it was just a dream, checked to make sure that that journal did not exist, and that I never commented on it.
I don't even know why dream!self was commenting on that, I barely know the persons involved, nor have I ever exchanged words with them. The drama was though, entirely plausible, and I was in full agreeance with the 'mean' side.
Right. On that note, I am going to have a lovely strong coffee, and some malteasers for breakfast. :)

Date: 2009-10-30 12:09 pm (UTC)May I steal your realphaing Enayla idea? j00 will get credited. :}
oh newsea; you have so much skill in meshing, why the deformed anime hairs? do you really think your donators are that big a fans of sailor moon? let alone some of the unnamed monstrosities that look more native american than asian. and the otherwise lovely hairs with giant lumps of ponytail or whatever on them. oh newsea. *sigh* (you can totally tell its run by the peggy people.)
(lol, how old is your brother? if he was older than 9 i would've lolled too XD)
Did the world end for you? If not, on a technicality! J-pop=K-pop, damn it!!
I would Pooklet the cock just to simsecret it tbh: TOP THIS BITCHES, I DARE YOU.
JUST TO FUCK WITH YOU: pooklet's sclera in pooklet's neons. think about it.
i would seriously love your retro neon colours.

Date: 2009-10-30 12:18 pm (UTC)Oh God yes.
Dear Newsea, one sailor moon straw hair is enough. Please to be attempting some new shineys please, and ditch the impossible ponytails and hair clips. Seriously.
No love, me.
(Seriously, I have uber thick hair, and not even I could get ponytails like that to work. There's cartoony artistic license, and then there is absurd)
He's thirteen in two months, and he just gave her this appalled 'wtf' look while the rest of us lolled heartily.
Jesus Christ on a cracker. The third impact has hit XD (which is equally as technical as EVA = japanese, as well as serious mindfuck)
ROFL, DO EEEEEET
Oooooooh, that is an intriguing idea. I have always wanted a black sclera mask, now every eye can be alien-ified.
They're not any shiney type actions (though making them into such is an idea) mearly colour swatches, but if you want em, I can find them.

Date: 2009-10-31 08:08 am (UTC)I downloaded the lips you meant, I could only find one set, does that sound right to you? Anyway, I forgot to do them in BS so I'll do them tomorrow.
aw, your siblings sound cute. do they all have the thick hair too?
nah, i wouldn't do it for fear of offending people :/ i am shy at heart.
What're you doing for halloween?

Date: 2009-10-31 08:40 am (UTC)Hee, they have their moments...and many many moments of incredible irritatingness :D Like at the moment where if a certain little girl does not stop with the damned baby talk... >< Bother has wierd hair too, and The Loud One has wild curly witchy-poo hair that I envy.
Aw, so no neon cocks - for great justice? XD I am a strange hybrid between shy and not shy - (see previous remarks about having a paranoid fear of 'bothering' people XD) but once you start to talk to me, you have to clobber me over the head to get me to STFU XD
Heh, at the moment, watching sis put up decorations because she feels like it, and drinking green ginger wine with ginger ale. It are tasty. Halloween isn't big here (yet, give it a few years) so it's likely gonna be pretty quiet.
(I will give you colour swatches soon, I think I may have figured out how to make them into awesome actions :D Which will awesomely remove hideous shadow colour issues)

Date: 2009-10-31 01:51 pm (UTC)awh, again with the cute. i'm the youngest in my family, (un?)luckily. my hair is pooklet's 'mousey' almost exactly. :P
i would like to neonize the cocks just for lolz :D mebbe i will redistribute them privatelyz and stuff. i need to get the word out about the neon cocks, though. maybe i could make it into a meme. "have you been sodomized by a neon-cock-wearing bee today?"
aw, i would never clobber you over the head *patpat*
halloween is sort of halfheartedly big - its too cold to do it properly and we don't do it as extravagantly as the US, but it does happen. it terrifies me.
lookin' forward to the swatches, but no pressure :D

Date: 2009-10-31 02:18 pm (UTC)Heh, I am the oldest :D It's pretty awesome being the oldest, but I'd imagine being the youngest has it's appeal. Being a middle child must suck though :P *pats bother* He does have the distinction of being the first male born in my mum's side in over fifty years. Weird how that works.
Secret underground neon penis club? I see nothing wrong with this XD
ROFL, give it time :D My own mother has taken to doing the NCIS Gibbs headslap when I'm being irritating :D
God the Americans do Halloween widely. We kinda have ideal weather for it here - it's pleasant in the evening, warm enough without being hot, then it cools down nicely without being cold. I think the only thing stopping it from getting big here is that it's viewed rather negatively as being an American tradition, and there's a large amount of people who are agains that :/ Im not fussed either way - I won't go out of my way to do it, but if I'm invited to a party, then hey, it's a chance to dick around in a silly costume. I won't argue with that :)
XD, I just need to finetune them, I think I may have solved my hideously coloured shadow problem with said actions. Multiply just doesn't do it well sometimes, and colour burn is too strong >< I just need to work out how to get the pastel colours to look good.

Date: 2009-11-01 02:41 am (UTC)woah, 50 years?! that's...insane 0_0 does your mother's side have a genetic predisposition for female babies or..i don't have an alternative to this that doesn't involve bees.
we shall be known as the glowstick society :D like the league of redheaded gentlemen, only not at all similar.
aw, we shall call you de-nozzo :D
as a country we are definitely followers of america - into war, into recession, and in lesser ways, such as fashion and slang. we get a lot of american tv (which was all i watched as a child) so most people here are familiar with the slang and such. i wish we could be more independant, but whatever.
take your time with the colours XD tried reducing the opacity?

Date: 2009-11-01 04:37 am (UTC)I have no idea, it just seems to have turned out like that. Out of my nana's sister's three grandkids now, only one of them is a boy too. (I can't remember what relation they are to me, I get confused after cousins :P) I will be amused to see if that carries down through the rest of us.
Whoot! Glowstick Society FTW :D
ROFL, that works :D
We are a bizzare mix here - we seem to have kept moar brit stuff from Ye Olde Tiems, rather then adopting american stuff. We appear to have kept our own slang for the time being, though we do get a shitload of their tv (and yours), but that can only be a good thing. Australian television, except for a few noteworthy examples is pure garbage. Many people find it rather embarassing XD
Nah, doesn't work, just washes things out. I shall persevere though :D
SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-02 06:45 am (UTC)is it weird being so much older than your siblings, or do you think being very young with siblings would be hell? :P
http://www.mediafire.com/?xemwzfnjzyj your lipsticks, madam. i currently am on set 30! one died due to pixellation :(
that's really odd; apparently sex of the baby is due to which partner is under most 'stress' (whatever your definition of stress is) at time of conception. so i suppose the matriarchs in your family were really worried about the water bill or something. if you were a sim family i would love you - i have virtually no cc for the menfolk.
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-02 10:57 am (UTC)ROFL, well soaps don't count :P and yes, H&A isn't so hot, I never got into that one. I more meant shit like Rush (crappy cop drama if it hasn't made it across the pond)
Nah, I like being older than my siblings :D I never had to go to school with them for one XD I probably would have liked having siblings closer to me in age when I was little, but it's great as it is now :D
Woot thank you! And god, you are mental! 30? I will be spoilt for choice :D
Hm, never heard that one? Interesting. And ROFL, I know the feeling :D
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 03:46 am (UTC)rush hasn't, but i doubt many of our programs are over there for you? coronation st for instance, or the bill :P
aw, i am glad you are a good older sister, as opposed to a bad younger one :P
i know! 30! i can't be bothered to preview them though...
haha, sorry for my sim-geekery comment! when i am over tired i tend to relate things back to hairs i've seen >:/
the reason i've been a dickface is that i've been blending my own hair texture :o could i have your opinion? 1 or, 2? The first is PeachT blended with...Yuxi, Ephemera and Pooklet, the latter is the same but blended with Nymphy's textures. (:
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 05:27 am (UTC)Oh, you'd be suprised, we've not got Coronation St., but the Bill has been here for as long as I can remember.
Heh, I try :P
Sim Geekery is fun though :P I spent my entire last year of highschool maths lolling at the fact that my teacher had the base game red shirt and tan slacks outfit. I do the same with hair, only mine goes the other way, ie, I NEED THAT HAIR IN GAME NAO XD
Hm, I like both! (helpful, aren't I? *shot*) I like the first, but I also like the slightly streaky variation of the second? I do rather like Nymphy's textures. IDK OKAY XD Use both, depending on the hair? I'd likely go with the second though
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 08:37 am (UTC)i only really notice sims hair on female newsreaders, not the celebrities they're intended for. i don't really notice face templates on people, but occassionally i will think that they have a skin by...oh...ephemera XD female newsreaders are the worst though, most've 'em look like they've been shopping at peggyzone.
lucky you! the bill is godawful. i remember watching it when i was 3 or something, it was as angsty as MCR back then. and corrie is older than my parents. XD really truly awful soap drama where no actor survives for more than 5 years unless they were literally born into the soap.
ohohoh, i was looking through simscave and I thought you might like this: http://www.simscave.com/index.php?topic=9839.0 (even though the mesh swatch thing looks like it floated in from a bog to strangle your children with toxic bog vapours).
lol at your teacher! i had a maths teacher with the basegame glasses. XD
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 09:14 am (UTC)ROFL, I try and avoid newsreaders at all cost - they're all pretty awful here (esp. Sandra Sully) and I despise the fake voices they put on for serious stories. I'm a wierdo like that. I've seen some people wandering around the city with peggy hair though XD
ROFLMAO, yes, the Bill is full of drama and angst. It must be popular though it used to be on twice a week (can't remember if it is or not now, DVDs are my friend lately) where old episodes would be on in the afternoon and the new ones at night. The ABC and SBS here usually get the rest of the stuff because the main networks won't screen anything that isn't high rating in the US.
Ooh, I wonder whether that can be salvaged with some dread textures? Thanks for that (And lol at the mesh swatch description, that is bizzare)
The square nerd ones?
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 04:19 pm (UTC)our news readers are sort of awkwardly sexy and bumbling in most cases, but some of them are just annoying little twatfaces. we hardly have any english newsreaders either, oddly, they are all scottish or welsh...and then you have the really ultra friendly twatfaces who you want to run down with a ferryboat.
oh dear, you watch the bill on dvd? XD they should give up the gun and just lock the characters in a room, having sex and killing each other.
yeah, the square nerd ones XD i have cat-eye ones, similar to selzi's ed hardy ones /nerd
glad you like the mesh :D
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-03 11:10 pm (UTC)ROFL, I'd welcome a scottish, english or welsh news reader - I can has sexy accent on the tv plz? Rather then the same old dodgy accent that comes with having those pronunciation classes. Fail. The news is only worth watching when the news readers hate eachother and snark all the time :D Or like the time there was a massive shitstorm because one of them called her husband an arsehole when she thought that the camera wasn't live. God that was funny.
Erk no! I watch DVDs of good shit so that I *don't* have to watch it XD I do like your idea though.
I have a weird squashed square pair that I keep taking off and losing, or perching in my hair and getting my fringe caught in the eye pads (Or whatever the hell they are called)
Hee, it's on my list of salvage attemps.
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-04 11:45 am (UTC)welsh and scottish accents are not sexy in the least, more like being hit repeatedly over the head with a whiskey-infused leek and then being raped by beeman. XD i am a dickface, though.
speaking of dickfaces and tv, i'd really recommend charlie brooker's screenwipe to you (i do to everyone :P), all the episodes are on youtube, its phenomonally funny. i can provide linkage if you like.
what's your favourite tv?
i don't wear my glasses because i am OCD about keeping them clean.
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-04 12:06 pm (UTC)THEY ARE TOO SEXY ):< At least scottish ones are. Especially compared to our accent which is distinctly un-sexy. Especially when spoken by the moar fuckwitted elements of society.
Hm, I shall have to investigate this :D Sounds interesting.
TV, I dunno, whatever catches my fancy. I am still a rabid fan of Firefly (as evidanced by the icon XD), I get a kick out of some US crime shows - NCIS is made of win and hilarity and I have been highly entertained by Lie to Me at the moment...the tv seems to be so damn hit or miss at the moment :/
ROFL, it's impossible keeping glasses clean here, I swear our house is like dust central. Dad is always bitching about his glasses getting all dusty...doesn't help too that because I only have to wear mine for the computer or reading that I lose them in the most dusty spots. *Stares pointedly at her mother's fabric stash*
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-04 04:13 pm (UTC)have you heard frankie boyle? his voice is like being sodomized by rusty scaffolding (apologies for the sodomizing theme lately: i don't have a fixation i promise :| :| :|). though it could be to do with the things he's saying: not exactly elocution-lesson standard.
i haven't really heard the australian accent out of soaps, and i always take into account that soaps might not be a fair example of an accent. :P i imagine it changes province to province?
aw, NCIS is fab, i used to watch it with my parents. &abbey; - i think it went downhill after gibs came back from mexico though.
XD *fabric stash stares pointedly back*
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-05 12:01 am (UTC)I shall watch that youtube video momentarily :D
It kind of does depend on where you're from (I always find it wierd that you living in a country that could fit numerous times into my state has such a wide range of accents, whereas us, the size of the US, give or take has such little) but more on how much of a yobbo one is XD
NCIS is fantastic, I usually end up watching it with mum when it's on (dad is usally at work then) Abby is awesome too, yes. Needs moar Abby. I haven't really noticed it go downhill (though a) I'm not sure about the new Director and b) if NCIS turns into one fucking internal investigation after another, I will be most enraged.). The new LA one is crap though IMO.
Fuck, it's not staring pointedly at me, it's trying to kill me in my sleep.
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-06 04:49 am (UTC)I do think accents are over-exaggerated, but speaking from personal experience of course, every american i know expects me to talk like hugh laurie out of his jeeves and wooster days. when most kids here are fed on americn television from a young age and develop accents partly on that.
i love kaylee :D she is all rainbows and fairy lights and wimminz (i'll be in my bunk).
I wish I could talk the NCIS talk but the one episode I remember is when deNozzo goes undercover and kisses a transsexual. >:(
Re: SORRY FOR BEING A DICKFACE
Date: 2009-11-09 11:44 pm (UTC)I suck :p
Yes. That is exactly what it is. Evil. Eeeeeviiiill.
lol. Americans and other people's accents. When I was over there last April, we had some guy ask if Mum and I were from France. FRANCE I ASK YOU. I could accept our accent sounding like many things, but french? How the fuck did you get that, Mr. Macca's worker?
NEEDS MOAR KAYLEE.I am going to hunt down a swirly parasol and aqua chinese jacket, and WEAR IT AROUND QUOTING HER. IT WILL BE FANTASTIC.
Heh, I remember that episode. I want to see the episode again too, where he gets the bubonic plague. That was made of lol.
