WIP...kinda

So a while ago, I was talking to bioluminescence about some retro colour actions that I had totally ripped off Pooklet made, promised to show/post them, and then promptly forgot about them in the madness that was the end of the year. I was really happy with them at the time but argh, going back to them I am somewhat disappointed.





(Yes, I am obsessed with those dresses. :P They have Gelydh's wedges this time though)

They seem a hell of a lot paler and more washed out than they were >< They weren't actually meant for clothing type things, rather for object recolouring that I intend to tackle oover this break.

Argh. IDK. I was going to see if I could darken up the uber pastel colours a little (if I can figure out how the hell to do that without remaking or messing up the actions too much). Any ideas for other colours too?



In other news, I may be coming around to like the whole sexy feet business, even if the polygon count is insane. I have been idly adding them and morphs to various things (those rolled up jeans from Club Crimsyn and my 50's swimsuits for starters)

I've also been plugging away at many many crocheted recolours of jonesi's blanket mesh, which will obviously not make it into the thrift theme, but that's okay, they don't look thrifty enough anyway. I do rather like them however, and I will be lumping at least fifty of the damned things on here. I'll put pictures up tomorrow when it is not 1.11am.

Also, has anyone tried to do that repository thing to existing meshes, and if they have, just how hard is it? I have always wanted to recolour the shit out of cocomama's quilt shop set, but dear god that thing would really, really benefit from being master/slaved. There's so many bits to it!

On that note, I will leave you in December. This scares me, because I am sure it was only just July, and that we did not actually experiance the intervening months. Where the hell did the year go?

Yay! I really like the colours, and you know how much I love those retro dresses. Yay for wedges!

I like sexyfeet, but not much is compatible with them that isn't uber-sexy non-flame-retardent negligee shit.

I just can't wait for all your stuff basically.

Soon as I tweak the colours some (and get the damned morphs on the dress working again!) I shall post them :D

ROFL, with enough frowning and shouting at milkshape I will make it bloody compatible.

I can't help but notice the serious lack of purple and orange. :D

The uber pastels are... uberpastel, yes, but the brighter ones make up for it. Aaaalthough perhaps a more bluish green in the brighter colours, like the pastel green seems to be, might be in order?

As in a darker mint? I was definately going to go back and lessen the uberpastelness of it all too, but I can do that :D

No, (but I think there might be one for shoe changing lurking in the depths on GoS?) but I would be happy to help you figure it out if you so need.

'kay, I guess writing up a tutorial would be easiest and fastest, but what kind of skills do you already have so that I don't end up with redundant bits. Do you know how to make a mesh package and the like?
